Help Desk

We offer two types of help desk services;

1. Record and release.

This service offers only the recording of the help desk call and the forwarding on of the call to your staff. No further follow upo is done by the helpdesk but full reporting is available.

2. Record and Solve

This service offers the complete call cycle. the call si recorded in our call desk facility and solved by our strained staff, whetehr this be by remote access of on-site support.
